The Italian Wine Hunter is a project based on a broad and exhaustive narration of the world of wine. Everything comes from the conviction that a wine description requires a careful focus on its history and on its producers history also. The organoleptic description, however important, is only the final part of a story that talks about men and women who, with their sweat and their energy, undertake every year a journey which, from the pruning of the branches to the harvest and vinification, leads to the birth of a bottle of wine. Reading the posts you may be surprised that the scores awarded are always very positive. I also happen to drink wines that disappoint me but, having deep respect for the work necessary to produce them, I just decided not to write about.
