The Italian Wine Hunter is a project based on the extensive and exhaustive story of the world of wine. Everything comes from the conviction that the description of a wine requires great attention to its history and also to the history of its producers. The organoleptic description, however important, is only the final part of a story about men and women who, with their sweat and energy, undertake every year a journey that, from pruning of the branches to harvesting and winemaking, leads to the birth of a bottle of wine. Reading the posts you may be surprised that the scores awarded are always very positive. I also happen to drink disappointing wines but, having deep respect for the work necessary to produce them, I simply decided not to talk about it.
